Once we have confirmed that you purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store, we will start processing your refund. Please note that completion of the refund may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.

CD Projekt Red has said that they will work to win back the players’ trust. A series of patches and updates await Cyberpunk 2077, of which the first is to land before the end of the week. Then the game gets a patch in January and then February. CD Projekt Red will probably withhold information about DLC until the basic game is in good condition.
