Dead Space-scented Orange Cast has received a playable free prologue

The horror of survival in 2008 Dead Space was a cruel damn game when it went. Electronic Arts, however, drove the series into the grave with the misguided Dead Space 3 in 2013, but now it has obviously taken long enough for the concept to be revived. Several times over, moreover!

We have written about both Sunschorched Studios Negative Atmoshphere and Striking Distance Studios The Callisto Proctocol (with Dead Spacecreator Glen Schofield at the helm) previously on these pages, but now it has turned out that a completely different game reaches the market first. Team Rez Orange Cast: Sci-Fi Space Action Game (yes, it’s called that) is launched in less than a month, Thursday, January 21, via Steam, and now they have also released one playable prologue which you can download and try. However, the reception is only written as “mixed”, so there may be a lot to work on, but it remains to be seen how the complete product will stand.

Here are two trailers for Orange Cast.
