Life is Strange Remastered Collection slides in 2022

While Life is Strange True Colors seems to face no obstacle leading it to its release in less than a month, the original game and its prequel will have to wait before coming back better than ever.

Life is Strange Remastered Collection sees its release postponed to 2022. Announced 4 months ago, this remastered reunion of Life is Strange and Life is Strange Before the Storm will not arrive on September 10 at the same time as the new episode of the series. It is recalled that the purchase of True Colors in Deluxe or Ultimate version will secure the acquisition of Remastered Collection.

Square Enix made the announcement on social networks and added a little bonus that may, perhaps, put a smile on your face:

Hello, Life is Strange fans!

We have some important updates for you on our upcoming release dates. After the release of Life is Strange: True Colors on September 10, We are happy to announce that Life is Strange: Wavelengths downloadable content, featuring Steph Gingrich, will be released on September 30th.

We’ll give you a first glimpse of it in a new trailer tomorrow!

However, due to the current challenges of the global pandemic, we want to alleviate any additional pressure on the Life is Strange team by allowing more time between the release of Life is Strange: True Colors and the Life is Strange Remastered collection.

For this reason, we’ve made the difficult decision to delay the release of Life is Strange: Remastered Collection for all platforms (PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Stadia, and Switch) until early 2022. We hope you understand. Thank you for your patience and continued support.

See you soon, therefore, to discover Wavelenghts, DLC from True Colors dedicated to the person of Stephanie aka the girl in the bonnet, geek defector from Before the Storm, when she becomes a DJ.
