After a new trailer has been released, we have even greater insight into what this great film will be about and who is on the cast. Here we list everything you need to know about Marvels Eternals:

What is Eternals about?

Eternals is based on the comic book of the same name, published by Marvel for the first time in the 70’s. In the series, we get to follow Eternals, the earth’s foremost defender from an extraterrestrial genus. Their main enemy is the Deviants, who also have superpowers but who of course do not use it for good purposes.

Is Eternals part of MCU?

The big question, as always with new Marvel movies, is of course whether they are part of what we call the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), and thus take place in the same universe as the Hulk, Thor, Spider-Man, and the rest of the Avengers gang. , or if, like the previous Venom movie and the X-Men, they are separated from this major story.

Angelina Jolie and Eternals
One of the biggest names in the cast is perhaps Angelina Jolie who plays Thena, one of Eternal’s strongest warriors.

Eternals, on the other hand, are a clear part of the MCU, more specifically a part of phase four of the universe. The events that lead to Eternals clashing with the Deviants in the film should be a consequence of the events in the latest Avengers film Endgame. In the trailer we also get to see a short sequence where Tony Stark and Steve Rogers are mentioned.
