We’re been hearing rumors of an upcoming remaster of the Mass Effect trilogy for a while now. The game was leaked last month via the Korean review board, and it has been rumored that the first part of the saga must have been behind delays.
Now, however, the wait is over. Mass Effect: Legendary Edition is officially announced and will include “improved” versions of the first three parts of Mass Effectseries plus all dlc packages.
Right now we do not really know much more than that, except that the new versions will offer better framerate and support for higher resolutions.
Mass Effect: Legendary Edition is scheduled to be released in the spring of 2021. As if that were not enough, BioWare has also said that a new part of the series is under development. So there is likely to be much more Mass Effect-new the coming months.
