That Mario celebrates 35 years in the spotlight this year has probably not escaped anyone among the game fans. We have received a long-awaited (and hotly debated) compilation of Mario’s foremost 3D adventure in Super Mario 3D All-Stars, a re-release of the first All-Stars game on the Super Nintendo part of Nintendo Switch Online and a hectic battle royale title called Super Mario Bros. 35. Among upcoming titles we have Mario Kart Live, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury and the delicious collector’s stuff Game & Watch: Super Mario Bros.
My Nintendo Store in Europe is now showing off some new merch, the holiday in honor. The stores around Europe have been filled with Mario as soft ice cream, thermos, mug, canvas bag and of course both short and long-sleeved shirts. In the Nordics, we unfortunately do not have a My Nintendo Store, but the rest of Europe ships to Sweden. Easiest to order from is supposed to be British, French or German the pages.
Sweaters are available already now, while mugs, softies and more are expected on December 9. Welcomingly, the money is only deducted when the item is sent away. The soft toys (can you say stuffed animals about Mario?) Are also limited to one per customer, so rack fabric such as scalping is probably a minor problem.
