Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, a new spy-thriller story DLC, is the only “planned” expansion for Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt Red has confirmed.
CD Projekt Red recently announced Phantom Liberty, a new story DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 that’s slated to release on current-gen platforms in 2023. However, a new comment from the developer appears to suggest that Phantom Liberty will be Cyberpunk 2077’s first and only expansion.
“Phantom Liberty is the only planned expansion for Cyberpunk 2077,” CDPR says.
XGP spotted a reply from CD Projekt Red on the Phantom Liberty teaser trailer on YouTube. User Jonna Dragneel said, “I am quite intrigued by this expansion, and I hope in the future more will come out since this game has a lot of potential.”

As we are close to the release, expect the post-release plans to be revealed fairly soon; a series of free DLCs and expansions will be described.”
While it appears that CDPR did have plans for more than just one expansion, the developer’s most-recent comment seems to suggest that other potential expansions have now been dropped.
CDPR also recently rolled out Patch 1.6 for Cyberpunk 2077, which add
