From now on, it is possible to pre-order the new gadgets that were recently shown at Apple’s spring event.
The gadgets in question are the new M1 model from Imac, the new M1 models from Ipad Pro, the second generation Apple TV 4K and Apple’s new remote control.
Airtag, the purple model of Iphone 12 and a long list of new accessories are already available in stores.
Exactly when the deliveries will start is unclear at the time of writing. According to Apple, it will take place in the second half of May, but there are several signs that May 21 is the date that applies. You can read more about it below.
When Apple presented new products at its event on April 20, the company stuck to a more vague launch date than usual for everything except Airtag and Iphone 12 in purple, which will be released today. The new Ipad Pro, Imac and Apple TV 4K will be released “second half of May”.
Now reports 9 to 5 Mac that several sources claim to have an exact date. Among others, Jon Prosser, who in the past has often been right about this type of information, says that the launch will take place on 21 May.
That date can also be seen in the html code for a press release sent out by Apple in the UK on Thursday. It says that all new products will come then, so the code seems to be old as Airtag and purple Iphone 12 come earlier.
The British department store John Lewis previously stated that Imac is “available 21 May” but has now changed to “not in stock”.
