The Scarlet Nexus will be released on June 25 – gets an anime too

Stylish action awaits in Bandai Namco’s new action role-playing game.

Then it’s time to start counting down, because we’ve just got a release date for Bandai Namco’s upcoming action and animated role-playing game Scarlet Nexus! On June 25, it dims down on next- and current-generation Playstation and Xbox consoles, as well as PCs digitally. You can already pre-order the game for a little extra swag. In addition, the game gets a collector’s edition with some knick-knacks to collect (purchased exclusively from Bandai Namco’s European store).

Of course, we think you should wait for a review before, but the choice is available at selected retailers and digital stores.

In this hot trailer we see the other main character Kasane Randall (yes it is now confirmed that Scarlet Nexus has two parallel stories) in addition to the previously announced Yuito Sumeragi. In addition, we get a quick look at other members of the monster fighter force OSF. Scarlet Nexus takes place in a world where people with psychokinetic powers fight against mutants to protect humanity. In true anime spirit, we can count on a couple of plot disputes before the subtitles roll.

And speaking of anime, Bandai Namco also confirms that Scarlet Nexus gets an anime adaptation in connection with the release this summer. Behind the series is the ancient Sunrise. It is not entirely clear how the series will be distributed, but it has a world release this summer so my guess is that it will not be very difficult to see.
