Swedish price and launch date
Xiaomi has now revealed when the Redmi Note 9 series is released in Sweden, and how much the two models will cost.
Both Redmi Note 9 and Redmi Note 9 Pro will be available for purchase from several electronics chains from June 25.
Redmi Note 9 has a stretch price of SEK 2,490 and the more advanced Pro model runs at SEK 3,490. Both have 128 gigabytes of storage but the processor in the Pro model has 6 gigabytes of memory, versus 4 gigabytes in the cheaper.
Xiaomi has now introduced three new smartphones in conjunction with an online event: Redmi Note 9 Pro, Redmi Note 9 and Mi Note 10 Lite.
The Redmi Note 9 Pro features a four-camera system with a 64-megapixel main lens, an 8 MP ultravid angle, a 5 MP macro lens and 2 MP depth sensor, and a 16 MP front camera built into the display.
Instead, the Redmi Note 9 has a 48 MP main lens, an 8 MP ultravid angle, a 2 MP and 2 MP depth sensor lens and a 13 MP front camera built into the display.
Both mobiles can film at 2.39: 1 aspect ratio and offer six different kaleidoscope options as well as a new document mode for the mobile to function as a scanner.
The battery for Redmi Note 9 Pro is 5,020 mAh with 30W fast charging, which can charge up to 57 percent in 30 minutes. Redmi Note 9 also has a 5,020 mAh battery, but then with 18W quick charge.
Inside the Redmi Note 9 Pro, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor operates and the unit is built with 8nm process technology. Instead, the Redmi Note 9 is powered by a Mediatek Helio G85 processor, making it the first mobile phone to use that chipset.
The Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a z-axis linear vibration motor that can create 120 different vibration effects based on the user’s behavior. For example, you can have different vibrations for photos, screenshots, notifications, the clock, and more.
Seen to the screen, the Redmi Note 9 Pro has a 6.67-inch dot display with fingerprint sensor on the front while the Redmi Note 9 has a 6.53-inch screen. Both models use 3.5 mm headphone jack, ir-blaster and nfc3.
The Redmi Note 9 Pro will be available globally in mid-May. The recommended price starts at $ 269, corresponding to about SEK 2,690. Redmi Note 9 also comes in mid-May. Its price starts at $ 199, or about SEK 1,990.
The third and last mobile is the slightly beefier, the Mi Note 10 Lite. The phone has a 6.47 inch 3D curved amoled screen with fingerprint sensor, the same quad camera set as the “Pro” model, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor and a 5,260 mAh battery with 30W fast charge.
Mi Note 10 Lite will be released globally in mid-May and the recommended price starts at EUR 349, corresponding to approximately SEK 3,700.
